“ Great local bar serving good food and competitively priced drinks. Owner (Margie) is wonderful and always open to sitting down to have a chat. Most of the bartenders are great at what they do and enjoy keeping their patrons happy. ”
“ Laid back spot, good music and atmosphere. ”
“ We found this place because traffic was so bad one day that we couldn't get to the tunnel to go home. The staff here is super friendly. It's clear this business has been around a long long time and they know their customers well. The food was really really good. I was looking forward to my leftovers. ”
“ Wow! My husband and I just moved to the area. We placed a togo order. We got the bacon burger, Maryland crab cake on a roll, and 1/2 lb of shrimp. Absolutely delicious! The shrimp was perfect, not over done. The crab cake was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The burger had the perfect bun, not over cooked. Just amazing! This place is truly a hidden gem. We will be back! Also super friendly staff. ”
“ 3 women on a road trip adventure. Hungry! Pulled off interstate into Fred & Margies. 2 had best ever sloppy joes. 1 perfect BLT. Women cooks and bartender. Off hours two male patrons. All pleasant. What a great find! ”
“ My favorite spot, grew up eating here I absolutely love mrs.Margie and Ms.Marie atmosphere is great the food is great and the service is A1. Would highly recommend. ”
“ Really good man, they got some good stuff, great food, great karaoke, by rich Friday and Saturday. Giant portions of food for a small amount of money. The staff Margie and Marie (mother and daughter) do a fantastic job running the business, they’ve been there for 41 years, that’s a very long time, and still consistant. If you want to watch football on Sunday and Mondays and baseball or any other sport I’m telling you this is the place to go. They offer a variety of specials for the games, and if your with me, that’s what I’m talking about. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money, but get fantastic food and service, this is definitely the place to go. ”
“ A really neat hole in the wall neighborhood bar and restaurant. Our waitress was awesome. She makes her own homemade tea. Really good cheesteak. Humble pricing. Fast service ”
